TamaCares, an extension of Transatlantic Medical Associates (TAMA) LLC, is committed to making healthcare navigation accessible and seamless for individuals receiving medical care outside the United States. Established in June 2023, we aim to bridge gaps for visitors, students, and temporary residents in the U.S.

To ensure that everyone has easy access to clear, accurate translations of prescriptions and related medical documents prescribed overseas by licensed doctors. We focus on making navigation of healthcare easier and efficient for everyone from tourists to immigrants who has built a life across borders.

We translate non-U.S. prescriptions into clear, U.S.-readable formats so they can be understood by licensed providers and pharmacies. Our team ensures medical terminology, dosage units, and drug names align with U.S. standards for accuracy and consistency. TamaCares does not provide medical advice, prescribe, or dispense any medications.
USCIS Immigration Physicals and Form I-693
As a USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon, our doctors perform the official immigration medical examination required for U.S. immigration benefit applicants. We complete and seal Form I-693 per USCIS and CDC standards at our clinic at 5724 Edsall St, Alexandria, Virginia.

Our doctors assist clients in selecting sophisticated, non-restricted and over the counter personal-use medical devices such as health monitoring systems, CPAP machines, continuous glucose monitoring systems, hearing aids, and mobility devices.
