Terms of Service for TamaCares
Prescription Co-Signing Agreement
As a user of TamaCares, you are eligible to utilize our prescription co-signing service under the following conditions:
- The prescription you wish to have co-signed must originate from a healthcare professional licensed in the country of issuance and not be intended for use within the United States.
- You affirm that the individual for whom the prescription is issued does not have prescription insurance coverage from any insurer within the United States.
- The medication prescribed is exclusively for the treatment of the condition specified for the patient in the original prescription.
- TamaCares reserves the right to contact you, the patient, or the issuing healthcare professional to verify any information related to the prescription.
User Responsibilities
- Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all personal and health information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. This includes, but is not limited to, your contact details, medical history, and current health conditions.
- Comply with U.S. Healthcare Laws: Abide by all applicable U.S. healthcare laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that the use of TamaCares' services does not violate any laws applicable to you.
TamaCares' Rights and Responsibilities
- Service Provision: TamaCares strives to provide a reliable and effective service. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without notice.
- Refusal of Service: TamaCares may refuse service or communication to any user for legitimate reasons, including, but not limited to, suspected violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or providing false information.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Medical Outcomes: TamaCares does not guarantee specific medical outcomes. The services provided are meant to facilitate access to healthcare but do not replace the professional judgment of healthcare providers.
Liability: TamaCares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of the services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Legal Matters: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TamaCares is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the courts located in TamaCares' operating location.
Changes to Terms of Service
Updates: TamaCares reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes and indicate at the top of the Terms the date they were last revised.
Acceptance: Your continued use of the services after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
